Ragging involves abuse, humiliation or harassment of new entrance or junior students by the senior students. It often takes a malignant from where in the newcomers. In other way ragging is a subset of bullying. Unlike various complex forms of bullying, ragging is easily recognizable.
In 2009 the University Grants Commission of India imposed regulations upon Indian universities to help curb ragging and launched a toll-free “anti-ragging“ help line. Our college also follow this regulation and continuous working for this field. This year also create a committee with new members.

2. To aware the students of dehumanizing effect of the ragging inherent in its perversity.
Mission
At the time of admission of an every year an undertaking is given by the parent that her daughter will not indulge in ragging, which both the word and the parent understand in an offence and is punishable law.
Objectives
1. Personal growth which will make them specialist in their chosen discipline.
2. To generate an atmosphere of discipline by sending a clear message that no act of ragging shall be tolerated and any act of ragging shall not go unnoticed and unpunished.
3. Anti ragging committee and engage in the works of checking place like hostels, canteen, classrooms and other places of students congregation
