Purchase And Maintenance Committee

The institution is keen on maintaining credibility and transparency in all transactions, and it respects social audit more than anything. As a part of upholding the idea, we have decided to form a committee to supervise all the purchase and maintenance made in the campus. Necessary guidelines are also framed for the committee to excise its power judiciously.

• To ensure that equipment / accessories are procured through standard procedure in major and minor purchase of the institution.

• To provide support to the departments HODs/ lab in charge faculty member for procurement of goods/services in efficient, economic and transparent manner.

• To facilitate the management to allocate the required fund.
