Vision
Ghanshyam Singh Arya Kanya Mahavidyalaya follows a democratic and participatory mode of governance with all stakeholders participating actively in its administration to deliver value based and advance education which bring significant benefits to the society. The institute has well defined and thoughtful Vision and Mission statement, These were defined through a consultative process involving representation of all stakeholders such as students, teachers, parents, alumni etc.
The leadership comprising of the Management, the Director, Principal. IQAC and the HODs of various academic and co-curricular activity departments invest collective efforts bringing in a conducive academic atmosphere in the college. As the head of the institution and heads of majority of the cells and committees, the principal imparts timely instructions to the HODs during meetings to decide on quality parameters as defined by the IQAC from time to time.
