In 21st century with the glorious moments of 43 years of Ghanshyam Singh Arya kanya Mahavidyalaya, Durg (C.G) with a distinctive identity in the history of chhattisgarh, it is still active today. Ghanshyam Singh Arya kanya Mahavidyalaya was established in 1978 by Late Shri Dharmpal Singh Gupta, which is continuosly spreading the Rays Of Knowledge. In the beginning, it was affiliated from Pt. Ravishankar Shukla University,Raipur (C.G), from 2016, it is affiliated with Hemchand Yadav University, Durg (C.G). With the changing scenario, the academic programs of UG and PG were changed at many levels, by adding courses like DCA and PGDCA our college has got new identity.
The college has given many brilliant Graduates to the Nation, who are serving important responsibilities on formal and informal positions in the society with great affinity. The college has provided high quality, socially relevant, competitive and professionally challenged education. To add a modern look to the organization we have created a website that has made us immensely proud. This effort of ours in the digital age is highly appreciable. Through its portal, the college has helped its students to gather all the information and co-curricular activities.
Along with the reputation of the college, it will also reflect the specialties of the students. Undoubtedly, our glorious tradition and past achievements are a matter of pride for us. With this momentum, we are moving ahead with our new objectives in this century. On the formula of ‘Worship of Knowledge’,the desired educational environment will be created and will move forward on the path of development . It is hoped that this innovation (website) of ours will be very helpful in publishing our educational programs prominently at the national level.
